Wildfire Ranch has been honored to host countless retreats for everything from birthday and bachelor party celebrations to corporate team building workshops and drug and alcohol recovery retreats. Retreats are generally 9am-3pm but can be customized to whatever you need. Catering can be added or we can provide the meal for you. Our past retreats have commented:

Kids Summer Day Camps!
1-day camp - $95/child from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
2-day camp - $195/child from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
3-day camp - $295/child from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
4-day camp - $395/child from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
5-day camp - $495/child from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
All camps run 9 a.m.-12 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Please pack a lunch, snacks and bottled water. Students must wear sneakers or boots; No open-toed shoes, sandals or crocks. Students will learn basic horse care, grooming, walking, leading and riding. There will also be crafts and games included.
Let your kids get a taste of hands-on ranch life with this exciting opportunity! Three girls with arms around each other sitting on tack box. One of the only horse camps in central Pennsylvania! Choose the number of days you wish to come, Monday through Friday. During their time at our ranch, your child will learn everything about horses.
Hands on teaching expriences include feeding the horses, brushing, saddling, general horse care, understanding horse behavior, and--of course--daily, hour-long lessons on horseback! The camp culminates in a special performance for parents at the end of the week!
Children must be at least 5 years old to attend day camp.
Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mothers Day, Graduations and other Party Celebrations
Our horse ranch parties are for both adults and children alike. Celebrate the horse-lover in your family with a party they will never forget surrounded by loved ones and 15 magnificent HORSES! Each guest will be given a 15 minute riding lesson along with a mini trail ride adventure around our ranch property. After horse riding guests gather on our popular 'Serenity Terrace', a 1400 sq. ft. covered deck located on the 2nd story level of the ranch house. The Serenity Terrace can host 150 people at a time and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the horses. Parties up to 20 guests and last up to 3 hours @ $225.00. Price includes rental of the Serenity Terrace (for eating and opening gifts and relaxing to watch others ride horses); riding of horses for 1-1.5 hours; Porta-potty; parking.
Corporate Retreats
Wildfire Ranch has hosted corporate retreats utilizing extremely powerful team-building Equine Therapy workshops. A typical corporate retreat consists of up to 10 participants at time (more or less can be accommodated) - divided into 'teams' of 3 or 4 each. The teams divide up to different sections of the ranch where each team will be focusing on a different aspect of corporate growth including 'team-building'; leadership; problem-solving, etc. Each team will be working hands-on with horses thru specially-designed equine therapy exercises. Each team will have their own equine therapist conducting the sessions. The days activities will break for lunch and then meet to summarize the 'take-aways'. 9am-1pm: (hours can be extended if desired) $150/person. Add provided lunch: $25/person.
Special Group Retreats
We have been honored to host all kinds of special group retreats including church groups (young adults groups; womens groups; etc); girl scouts and boy scouts; drug and alcohol recovery groups; veteran clubs, etc. Your special group retreat will be customized just for your groups needs. Generally our retreats run 9am-1pm with horse riding and equine therapy sessions provided for the first three hours followed by a break for lunch. You can hire a caterer or pay Wildfire Ranch an additional fee to provide lunch for your team members. Cost: $150/person. Add provided lunch: $25/person.
